  Can you give less than 1 star? DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE. The refinished lobby is a facade. This is a motel, not a hotel and you have to walk passed a very busy smokey bar on their 3rd floor to access your room by leaving the lobby, go back outside to pass your neighbors, blowing smoke in your direction, sitting outside on their room furniture they've pushed out there smoking next to their non-smoking room. Dont book the suite, because when you arrive, it isn't available. Can't find your ashtray? Well that's because I threw it away. Enter your tight quarters, traditional murder motel, to find a brand new door bolt, probably because someone busted through the night before. Worried about body pain? No worries, your bed has many springs that poke upward to massage your body all night. Need white noise? You can listen to the muffled sounds of your neighbors tv or the passing by traffic. The only good thing about this place? The fake plastic wood floor so you don't have to worry about fleas, lice, and bedbugs, well....maybe.

  Great staff, great location, clean rooms and the Loft pub is awesome! They make you feel like a local and you get to meet a lot of great people, listen to live music and enjoy a great menu!

  First room had a large gap at bottom of door. It was suggested that we put a blanket at bottom of door. There was also a gap along one side of door. Cold air rushing inside. We had to insist on another room. The next room had a crack in the sink along with broken tile in bathroom. Adequate fo a short stay.

  The staff are nice and the room is clean. The room is poorly insulated resulting in very cold rooms unless you constantly run the heater. The rooms are small compared to most other hotels. No elevator, outside entry only, via narrow stairs. The pool was advertised online but has been closed for "quite a while" according to lobby staff. It's an ok hotel, but I probably won't stay here again.

  Showers.. if they're important to you, don't stay here. Scalding to freezing constantly. Take forever to shower. So frustrating when trying to get ready for work. Walk through clouds of pot smoke to get to your room. No pool, terrible workout room. Staff was moody Pub upstairs was fun and had pretty good food. Cleaners did a very good job cleaning the room.
