The staff was kind enough, but the hotel was not up to even my relaxed standards. Thin walls and noise carried down the halls, although that didn't seem to hinder the dance group in the room above us. Uncomfortable beds, flickering lights, and drafty wall-mounted A/C and heat units that stopped working part way through the stay. And the hallways were saturated with an eye-watering perfume. I'm nervous to think about what the fragrance dispensers were covering to need to be that strong, or if someone was more sensitive to smells than me. The parking was pretty inconvenient, two blocks away, and frustrating to find on foot, with a completely seperate foot entrance vs. vehicle entrance. The close proximity to the Convention Centre is the one redeeming factor, but needing to double back to the disconnected parking lot kind of canceled that out. I'll be looking for another hotel, or even hostel, next time.

Nice clean rooms, place to sleep in quick and convenient location especially for people who need to take the bus back to the ferry the bus stops are close by. My only complaint is the bed needs replacing, no matter where you go beds will never be like your own bed. But getting up feels like I need a chiropractor. I'm booked in for three nights. Overall front desk staff are friendly:)

Good bang for your buck that's for sure. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this is perfect. Beds are comfy and rooms are actually stocked better than some other 4-5 star hotels in the area. But no free water and only other options are vending machines that don't take card!
