  For the price it was amazing! Coffee, cookies, and fruit upon check-in . Bottle water in the rooms and continental breakfast.. totally go back.

  The pool and slide are great! Rooms are good and with good proximity to many stores. Beds are a bit tough but not bad. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious

  Our stay would have been wonderful but for a few issues. First and foremost was the cleanliness of our room, everything seemed to be in order except for the carpet had clearly not been vacuumed between the previous guests and ourselves. It wasn't visible, but there was small bits of gravel throughout the room in places that would definitely have been sucked up had the room been vacuumed. It wasn't anything so egregious that we felt the need to complain, and that's kind of how the stay went in general. The heater/AC in our room worked just fine, except for it would jutter on and off like mad when you changed the settings. Again, nothing we felt the need to complain about, but I certainly didn't feel like it was working properly. We went swimming first thing in the morning, and there were little bits of paper and small gravel near the hot tub. Not serious, but it indicated that the area hadn't been swept/cleaned from the previous day's use. Our tub drain was incredibly slow, clearly clogged and so you ended up standing in 2 inches of water at the end of your shower. Finally at the end of our stay, we were searching our room for anything our toddler might have left behind or hidden somewhere and my wife found a used personal lubricant bottle upon lifting the mattress. I wanted to complain, but my wife asked me not to since she didn't want the staff to think we had planted it there (conveniently at the end of our stay) just to obtain a discount. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and if not for the multitude of little issue/non-issues that cropped up that we felt weren't worth complaining about individually, our stay would have been much better. It was only after comparing notes at home afterwards that we both realized just how many small things had even cropped up. I wasn't going to even leave a review, since we hadn't given the staff any chance to rectify any of our issues. But I realized that most of these things are really just a matter of good routine maintenance and proper cleaning procedures, and our stay was affected. I thought that if I said nothing others might run into our same predicament, no issues large enough to complain about on their own, but that changed their stay none the less. I'm sorry that we didn't complain while we were there and give you a chance to make our stay a 4 or 5-star stay :(

  Clean rooms and nice amenities. Nothing fancy but a great place to stay with a family. Pool and slide were fun and the children enjoyed it. Was busy with a bunch of group bookings but that is probably normal for the price range. Small parking lot near the doors, but there was more space in the back, but you would have to walk around to the doors. Close to food, shopping, cinema etc.

  Room was great! The waterslide was a blast and is actually quite fast. Breakfast wasn't anything above average but it still tasted good. Rooms are actually quite quiet
