  Air con kept turning on and off all night couldn't turn it off completely. Toilet door was coming off its hinges. They put in another room the next night the same problem with the ac and the toilet was blocked. The walls are that thin u can here everything going on next door

  For this price it isn't worth spending any nights. On this area there are many other better hotels at a similar price.in this hotel the rooms are stinks. Room service from the front desk is rude. A front desk manager should never be in a stern position. He treats himself as a God and he can't manage a hotel well he is also rude and can't treat guests with due respect !!!

  The customer service was none existent. The hotel manager was very rude. This is one hotel that I cannot recommend. We just wanted to be put into a queen room and the gentleman argued that it couldn't be done because the reservation was accidently put as a double room . If the hotel was full...I could see it being an issue..but it wasn't. The staff had no idea where we could park...bathrooms in the restaurant were closed down due to sewage issues and the tub in our room was missing a lot of enamle. The housekeepers do a fantastic job and they were very friendly. But never again.

  Pools water temperature was not regulated. Gave us twin beds even though asked for queen size. When explained the clock wasn't working in the pool area, the guy comes in and changes the time on the clock even though when it clearly needed a battery change. P.S. the clock still didn't work. Rooms were clean enough and we got to check out at 12.00 which was a pro. Also we did not know breakfast was included so that made us happy.

  Can't beat the price! Continental breakfast is actually pretty good. Large selection, clean space. Double room is big enough and decently modern. No complaints about the room. Standard hotel bathroom, toilet and door are close but whatever. Hot tub is a bit small and not very hot, but it (and the pool area) is clean and simple. Has been very quiet every time I've used it. Fitness area looks good, haven't really checked it out yet.. a few machines and some dumbbells. Parking lot is a bit strange but if you know how to drive and park you will be fine. View is nothing special.. but who looks for a hotel at this price point an expects a beautiful view? Macleod on west side, industrial park on the east. Keep the curtains closed and ignore it.. if you are here as a tourist then go out to enjoy the city. I'm pleasantly surprised by this place. If you need a place to sleep while you are here in the city this one is hard to beat at this price, and it's quite close to downtown with very accessible transit lines too.
