  Not bad at all..until you start looking at details..the hinges on the toilet were filthy..my toilet at home is cleaner. The areas around the toilet(walls..cabinets) you can tell never get wiped. There is residual urine and whatever else that has splashed from could tless guests before us. I see this as a problem in most hotels. They wipe the toilet but not the area around it. Overall the beds were nice and the rooms were updated. Breakfast had a nice selection. I found the Lobby to be dirty..but it is winter and there is a lot of sand outside that people are tracking in. I'd probably stay again ...if the chambermaids start cleaning the bathrooms better.

  Great looking rooms but the elevator doors were opening before the elevator stopped moving.

  Not worth the money. Stayed for 2nights. 1st night: The refrigerator inside was not turned on- asked the front desk why- they instructed us how to turn it on. (That’s something new- paid for hotel services but, turns out it’s self-service?) The room- the lock from the inside did not work- got it checked by one of the staff, after checking, finally could not fix it, they simply said, “you can use the chain lock.” So, we asked to change rooms. Went through around 2 more rooms (all couldn’t be locked from the inside) until we got one that does. Changed room. The TV did not work. A girl came up to fix it, took around 15minutes- TV worked in the end. 👌🏻 2nd night: Left the hotel around 9am and stayed out for almost the whole day to explore PG. Came back from a tiring day around 8pm, went straight to the room, and hello! Keycards did not work! Tried for around 10minutes until we decided to go to the front desk. When we did go to the front desk, ther was no1 there. There was about 20 more minutes until we finally got into the room. Not that I should expect much from the stars that they have but, the hotel should atleast do its best to give back the money’s worth and be able to get good feedback.

  Great service, good breakfast but the rooms Toilette sounds like a jet taking off!

  Great beds! Weird fitness space in the breakfast area but you don't have to use it. Outside not much to look at. Inside quite lovely. Very nice staff.
