  This is a very busy establishment. Appointments are required however we learned the hard way that multiple appointments are booked for the same time slots for each associate. This means that the customer does not have access to an associate for their allocated time, exclusively. This also means that the associate or consultant is unable to effectively consult and find suitable dresses in a timely and organized fashion. It is very loud and crowded, however, there are excellent dresses to be found and some at very nice prices. I cannot stress enough that if you are planning to book an appointment here for your special occasion or for a loved one, do not come with the preconceived notion that you will have a consultant at your disposal exclusively, it just won't happen. Having said that, once at the cash things went smoothly. An error was made, however, they were able to rectify it immediately. At the end of our visit my daughter was satisfied and left with a dress of her choice. I should add that WE found the perfect dress and our consultant was nowhere to be found after she offered up her 3 choices.

  Kelsey was an amazing consultant to lead me through my first experience trying on dresses! She could pick up on exactly what I wanted and brought forward suggestions that I loved that I would not have picked on my own. I will definitely be using her for my follow up appointments!

  I had a great experience at David's Bridal at Trainyards. I found my wedding dress! My consultant, Hilary, was so helpful and patient with me. I did notice that the girl next to me in the fitting area didn't have as good of a consultant, so if you want to make sure you have a great experience, I would recommend booking in advance and asking for Hilary. I was so happy to get my "Say Yes to The Dress" experience! They also have dresses at all different price points (even some under $100!), so don't be afraid to stop by even if you're on a tight budget!

  Great staff, very helpful!! Even though there so many people in the store, the employees were available to help everyone. I found a great prom dress, there was a good selection to choose from. The bride gowns looked gorgeous as well. I would definitely recommend this place!

  I had booked an hour and a half with them, and went over by an hour and a half, and the clerk who was helping me didn't seem to mind at all, and didn't rush me or anything. She was never pushy with me. I didn't exactly know what I wanted going in, but she was very patient and managed to help me find THE dress. Other staff in the store also helped, making suggestions and bringing different styles and ideas to the dresses I was trying on. It was my very first appointment for dress-shopping and I was so impressed with how I was treated as well as the level of care that was shown by everyone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you Leslie, and the others that helped!
