  Staff are drunk. Asked me to buy them beer instead of paying with debit and pretended the machine was broken when I refused.

  They're always drunk and smell disgusting. They keep making stupid and sometimes racist jokes but the service is very quick and prices are very reasonable and they're always open.

  People talk about this place like it's a cool kind of joke. It isn't. Do not go here under any circumstances whatsoever. My friend had her bike "repaired" by a drunk guy who didn't even put her wheel back in the fork. He just attached it to the basket support, without actually bolting it to the bike itself. It's a miracle she still has all her teeth. This shop resembles one of those Youtube videos of Russian drunks falling over and punching thin air.

  Great place with lots of character. I limped in with a damaged bike and the guys (and girl) at the shop had everything sorted out in less than two hours. Definitely not an uptight place, but a more relaxed and fun. The shop workers are hilarious but you have to be willing to play along. In the end my bike was fixed up with some used parts and I was on my way. I see a few 1 star reviews on here, and I can see how if you expected a bunch of new, super high end gear and a more "boutique" atmosphere it might not be the place for you. The workers clearly like to joke with clients and I can see how if you aren't willing to joke back it could be interpreted as insulting and unprofessional. But in all honesty they seem like fun people and the job got done.
