I have been a regular customer of Cycle Logic for almost four (4) years now since 2014. Cycling has been my main hobby since I was 16 years old, almost 26 years now. I have lived Coast to Coast in both Canada and the USA over the past 20 years and have experienced many different bicycle shops in that time. I have a very technical mindset and approach almost every endeavor I undertake (both professional and hobby alike) with a high degree of interest, passion and enthusiasm. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of cycling; itā€™s almost a hobby within a hobby for me; what I mean by that is that I often check out various bicycle shops in different cities and towns when I am travelling for work or pleasure. Unfortunately, in our internet instant gratification age that weā€™re living in, good customer service is often an afterthought at many businesses. I have thankfully found the exact opposite to be the case with Cycle Logic. Cycle Logic is a chain of three bicycle stores in Prince George, Quesnel and Kamloops BC. I have spent extensive amounts of time in the Prince George and Kamloops stores and have been impressed with both locations. Not to come across as brash or arrogant but I know a fair bit about bicycles, bicycle technology and performance and whether a given shop knows about the products theyā€™re selling (or not). I have been quite happy with my experiences with Cycle Logic staff to date. If they donā€™t have the exact product that Iā€™m looking for I have found the staff of Cycle Logic very helpful in being willing to order in what Iā€™m after or suggest a viable alternative that I may not have thought of. I have come to know what I like in bicycles and the type of riding performance characteristics I like the most. To a non-cyclist ā€˜outsiderā€™ I might appear to have a bit of cycling addiction; I currently have 8 bicycles in my ā€œfleetā€ down from 10, I sold 2 of my bicycles earlier this year. Of my 8 bicycles, I have purchased 3 of them from/thru Cycle Logic in the past few years: a Cervelo S3 Ultegra Di2 Aero Road Bicycle, a Yeti SB6c Full-suspension Enduro Mountain Bicycle and most recently a Cervelo R5 custom build with a SRAM Red eTap kit and a Rotor crankset Powermeter. I have only had three rides on my R5 thus far but I have been extremely happy with this bicycle and the interactions between myself and Cycle Logic staff to make this bicycle a reality. To be clear a Cervelo R5, whether you take the approach I did of having a frameset built into a complete bicycle or buying it as a complete bicycle is NOT an entry level bicycle. That said whether youā€™re a beginner or expert and if you can afford it, a Cervelo R5 with almost any build kit is a very worthwhile purchase, but be forewarned an expert build and the associated performance comes with a corresponding price tag. Although ā€˜bargainā€™ is a relative term when it comes to purchasing high end sports equipment; the price Iā€™ve paid Cycle Logic for my R5 (as well as the S3 and Yeti) was more than fair. To maximize the performance of all three of my Cycle Logic Bicycles a fair amount of fitting and tweaking needed to be done, which necessitated multiple trips to Cycle Logic with the bicycle in question, all of these trips and ā€˜extra attentionā€™ were free. Unfortunately, not all businesses employ the same philosophy with their customer care and service. I have had the experience of the ā€˜love being lostā€™ after Iā€™ve made significant purchases with other establishments (high end sports equipment, motor vehicles, etc.). Cycle Logic is thankfully an exception to this phenomenon. I am the kind of customer that if Iā€™m treated well I tend to be a repeat customer for life. As long as Iā€™m living and working in Northern BC I will be taking the vast majority of my cycling business to Cycle Logic. Whether youā€™re new to cycling or seasoned expert/addict like me you wonā€™t go wrong by going to Cycle Logic for all of your cycling needs.

Okay, the negative, is sometimes you have to wait to get served, because they take time with each customer. And you'll be glad they did when it's your turn, because they put a lot of effort into selling you the right product or making sure you have the appropriate repair work done. I haven't found the perfect bike/ski shop yet, but until I do, I'll keep coming here.

Super knowledgeable, very friendly. Even gave my bike a nice clean up. Unfortunately, I had to do a little altering when I brought it home, stem bolts not even hand tightened, front wheel out of line, brakes out of adjustment and crooked. I'd still go back but maybe I'll just have to do a quick check over on the attention to detail when I take it out of the shop. Sorry guys!
