  Just purchased a new car from Jeff Reyes, one of the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He made the whole experience so much easier. I will tell everyone I know to go to Jeff for buying a car! The finance manager Jack made the options for me very easy and made magic happen to get me approved for my first new car. If anyone needs a vehicle go to crown Honda they will set you up with whatever you need. The team at crown Honda was amazing and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this team.

  If I could give this dealership no stars, or negative stars, I would. My spouse and I were driving our 2014 Honda Civic on Good Friday, when smoke started coming out from the engine. To say the oil was leaking would be an understatement... But of course, it's a holiday a holiday and nothing is open. We call the next day, Saturday right at 8am when the service department opens, to find out that a "sales advisor" would have to look up that information and that they don't get in until 9am. We then call at 9am, to then be told that Marc, the "Sales Manager", was too busy with customers to talk to us and to leave our number. We then called a different Honda dealership, got put through right away to someone who then pulled up our warranty in no time at all! Meanwhile, still no word from Marc or this dealership. Now we're clearly not going to purchase from Crown since no one has wanted to speak to us, and we start inquiring about a trade-in at another dealership. Now needing buyout information for the Civic, meant another call to Crown & Marc... After trying to get through again, we get told that now he was in a "meeting" and to again leave our number. We are now BEYOND frustrated. We try calling Honda Canada directly for the information, but of course they are closed weekends. So now, our sales advisor from the dealership were at, calls Crown, pretends to be "dad" and says we're looking into getting a new car but need to know how much is owning on the current Civic. GETS TRANSFERED TO MARC RIGHT AWAY, even though we had just tried ourselves less than 5 minutes before. Finally, half the day goes by and we decide to go through with trading in the Civic, but now we need the loan paperwork from Crown. We try again for over 2 hours to get through to Marc, and by now, the dealership has stopped even answering our calls and goes right to voicemail. My ACTUAL dad decides to call from his phone. Talks about coming down to check out cars with us, but that our "bank" needs some loan info on current car. GETS PUT THROUGH TO MARC WITHIN SECONDS. Don't bother with this dealership. Thy don't want to talk to you unless you are going to give them money. It doesn't matter to them is you've purchased a car in the past. They will ignore you completely unless you lie and say you're interested in purchasing something. Marc never once returned our call for the amount of times the receptionist "took our number". HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY AWAY.

  My experience with Crown Honda McPhillips was excellent! The staff were all very pleasant, but I want to highlight my sales advisor, Daniel Csatari. Amazing customer service. He was very friendly, extremely accommodating, and was able to match me with a great car that fit my budget. For anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, I would highly recommend Crown Honda McPhillips; Ask for Daniel! Thanks again.

  I unfortunately did not have the best experience with Crown Honda. At first I was welcomed and served with excellence. I was given a great deal on the used car that I bought. They offered to sell me the car at the sale price including the safety (one price for safety, as car was not yet safetied). After I payed for the car, they told me a part, which was not a part of the safety was broken. Come to find out, it was a part of the safety, and they wanted me to pay extra for the part, or give me my money back. It was very difficult to get the car from them since they were the ones who made me the offer, they should have fixed it. I will not go back there to buy a vehicle. My car in a week had its engine light on and has had problems from day 1. Glad everyone else has had more positive experiences.

  It is all about customer satisfaction at its best. Giving great service even after the purchase was made. I purchased my first car here in Canada and Gilbert Ortiz really convinced me of getting what i desired for, the 2018 Pilot. He guided me on how to use and enjoy the features of the vehicle and does it a notch higher as i got involved in a small road accident just a week after the purchase was made. He guided me on what to do and offered a helping hand. Exemplary customer service indeed. I would highly recommend him if i knew someone who is planning to get a vehicle. Thank you Crown Honda!
