  A couple years ago I brought my car in for an ignition switch recall. They were to change that and the locks and give me a new key. They broke my lock on my drivers side door by being to rough (right before my eyes) and then proceeded to tell me they could not change the locks around my car because they were all broken (the trunk was seesed beforehand). I am only able to get into my car with the button now. It was a recall, a free service because of the manufacturers default. Never returning. I like Chev but I’m not going to deal with their shop, ever.

  Made appointment for test drive 5 days prior on specific vehicle . Sale rep Cody confirms yes I will have the car with comparables for you to test drive look forward to seeing you. Morning of test drive I get confirmation email for that morning attending test drive 10 am yes. @ 9:35 am 25 min before sales rep emails me . Sir there are no vehicles ready for you no test drive set up and along with no comparables . Sales rep and I were communicating all week . What a disappointing waste of my time as I came in from out of town . Customer service is the key to success leading people on is not .

  Had a great time shopping for and purchasing my new vehicle. Unfortunately upon pick up, the car was dirty inside and out. (there was blasting nearby creating dust). The inside was covered in dust because the windows were left open to prevent fogging. The car also had stickers which were requested to be left off. All in all a very pleasant experience other than the no or quibbles.

  AMAZING customer services, our truck was hit and our front end was damaged and I have had nothing but problems with our insurance adjuster not getting back to us. When I call Crosstown Body shop they are always so friendly sonice and so helpful and give me all the info they have so that I am kept informed. I will never go anywhere else to buy a vehicle in my life. Since we have bought this truck everyone has been nothing but helpful and friendly!!!!!

  I gave the rating that I did as that is the service we received. 5 Star all the way. From the minute we walked in, we were greeted immediately and introduced to James. After just a few minutes, he was showing us a new truck. It was darn close to what we were looking however not exactly. After asking a few questions, he knew what we wanted. When we returned the next day, he had exactly what we were looking for. We test drove it and made the deal. We dealt with Don right away about our trade in and then we went straight to Julie to get all the paperwork completed. It was a pleasure to deal with every person we encountered. The whole ordeal was quick, easy and painless and they were all very knowledgeable. Didn't matter what we asked, they had the answers. I would totally refer anyone to go to Crosstown and ask for these highly trained and knowledgeable people. I will definitely be back because of them.
