  Taylor MacDonald was amazing to deal with. He was attentive, listened to what I needed, and found me something even better. The energy Taylor had was contagious, and I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to talk to him. Cameron Clarkson from finance is wonderful!   As a First Nations Woman and retired teacher I had a bit of trepidation with beginning this, "buying a vehicle" process. It's a lot of money for me to invest and I must say I was treated very well. From Taylor, my first contact , to Russ Hermann my salesman, then the money man Cam, I was never under any pressure, they were all personable and thoughtful. I also think they were respectful. They really wanted me to enjoy my new jeep too. And OMG the jeep is amazing! I feel so fortunate and I really enjoyed meeting Russ, Taylor and Cam and the crew! I also think they will take care of my future Cherokee needs! YAHOO

  I took my Jeep here to get my heater fixed and they had it back to me the next morning working better than new and they even did a recall on the airbag I had forgotten about while it was there. Definitely the only place I’ll be taking my Jeep to from now on. Thank you Kevin and everyone else in the service department. Great service. I’d recommend this place no matter what type of vehicle you drive.

  The people at this dealership have a wide variety of real world experience and they treat their customers like friends. They have the patience to talk, explain and assist their customers with what ever is needed. Corey Harden is an excellent salesman who goes the extra mile, he is NOT condescending or belligerent and if he doesn't know a question he will find out what you need to know. You can't go wrong by this man or the crew he works with. THEY EVEN GAVE US PIZZA AND POPCORN! Good people, good products, good service and knowledgeable, How can you beat that.

  Bought my first truck from Crestview. Excellent experience! Everyone from sales to service has been wonderful to deal with every step of the way. Will definitely use Crestview in the future. Update: continuously return here to get my oil changed and service done on my truck. Service has been excellent. Harry in service has done a great job explaining to me what condition my truck is in and what to look out for in the future. He offers suggestions of options I can take to add to the performance of my vehicle, and clearly explains everything so I know what want, and don’t want.
