  A year ago I bought 2 new tires for my car. The two rims with the new tires came out with scratches all the way around it. Went to complain and there was no manager and the guy told me to come back another day when there would be a manager in site. Went back another day and the manager said that he could not do anything about it and it would be impossible that that had happened in their shop. I don't think it's hard to understand, but it's a bit of logic. I never had any repairs in any tires, I just need to replace two tires because of cracks that showed up over time. Only two tires were replaced. The two rims with new tires came out with scratches. The other two are clean. I don't think it's hard to understand. Anyways... he gave me a $25 cash card for me to "go away".. Manager's name was Daryl.. I never renewed and don't plan to renew my membership... but I had to spend the cash card and I went back to the store.. I need to line up for 20 more minutes to get a temp pass that the guy pretty much told me 10 times that he would just give 2 of those and after that I would need to renew my membership. I honestly told him that I would not need the second one because I would never go back.

  Staff were very helpful and friendly. Met some nice customers who helped us with meat dept, picking out good cuts of meat. I would go back next time we go down to Fargo.

  Love most of their products. Lineups usually move very quickly. Always something to snack on. Great return policy. Would be nice if they had some fitting rooms for clothing...

  I love the fact that they have scooters for those who need them. Id also love to see the isles marked so it gives us an idea where to look for a particular item. Food court is great..personel could be more considerate tho. Parking & exiting are always difficult.

  Found some great stuff at Costco. It is always busy, but worth going. Some prices are good deals some prices you have to know. But we always seem to find good priced high-quality items there. The medication at the pharmacy is always lower than anywhere else. They have an awesome selection of fruit you just can't beat that. I love all of the food samples, it then lets me know if I like something and I can purchase it. Which I usually do
