  Very disappointing. They ran out of the item I wanted that was on sale, but as it was on re-order for delivery within the sale period I didn't special order it and they had agreed to hold it for me when it came in. Of course it came in after the sale was over and so they didn't honor the sale price. I realize they have a no rain-check policy, but since this transaction was all supposed to happen in the same week I don't think this applies here.

  Very attentive. If they cannot find what your looking for I've always found they are willing to help locate it.

  Excellent service from this store -- and have had nothing but good things to say about them for the past 10 years. A few examples: When I was doing renovations, I would get supplies prior to going to my full time job. Lumen, a sales person, would come in EARLY to ensure I was able to get my supplies and still get to work on time. It was several years ago, but I remember it with such appreciation. Just ended a phone call with Loren, corporate service desk: very professional, knowledgeable and I - again - had a good shopping experience. I feel fortunate to have this store in my community. They have wide ranging selection, and what is not stocked, they will try to obtain for you. Appreciate this opportunity to thank them.

  I am a frquent user, on and off or as required. But I cannot hepl it - why does this store have those difficult business hours during the summer. At a time where every men on town with a hammer and a skil saw wants to work until late into the evening - this store proudly and faithfully closes at 6 pm. It would be a good idea to pick the same business hours that their neighbour - Can Tire - provides. Unless money is not an object.
