  Great place, solid smoked meat, perfect brined pickle. Love that they have bottled Cane Sugar Black Cherry Soda. Smaller place but not loud and upscale, everything else around here is very pub-like. Perfect lunch spot or food before a show or baseball game.

  Good food, great service and decent ambience. Nice bar/ catchup place. I went there for Lunch and good portion size.

  I love Montreal smoke meat sandwiches from Schwartz's deli in Montreal and have always looked for a local spot that can fill the void and i think I've finally found it... the smoke meat was delicious

  I had dinner tonight at the location at the corner of Adelaide and John. Service and food were very good, price also very reasonable. That's how they got the two stars. Halfway through dinner A man walked in with his German Shepherd. They were seated in the corner of the restaurant where the man proceeded to have his dinner. I don't know all the laws around having dogs in a restaurant, and just to be sure that you understand this was not a service dog , But whatever the laws are I'm sure they would disapprove of people bringing their animals into a restaurant. They have lost me as a customer, they have seen me for the last time. Perhaps they should think about selling dog food from now on.

  Another great meal at Corned Beef House You can't go wrong with a great corned beef or smoked meat sandwich at the Corned Beef House. And here, they pile it on as high as you want with the various size options available. You'd be hard pressed to find another "deli" offering this option. And the meat is outstanding. As good as any other in Toronto or north of the city. So, pile it on as high as you can eat. Our server the other night was Jermaine - a total pleasure - who did a great job looking after us. Oh, and if you like a real dill pickle that is still crunchy, get it here. Lastly, if you like your fries cooked well, this is your place. They're awesome.
