  Copper Roofing did a great job on the roof of our new home. They offered a very competitive price and promised the best quality. Shane and crew came through, maintaining good communication throughout the whole process, and followed through with an inspection a day after installation to ensure all was complete.   Cooper Roofing did an excellent job with our roof. The three-man roofing crew was courteous and very hard-working. They respected the property and did a thorough clean-up at the end. Our neighbours were impressed with how quickly the job was completed. The owner, Shane Cooper, cares greatly for his business.   We called Cooper Roofing in December 2017 along with another company when our roof developed a leak. The other company wanted to charge us just to come and look at the problem, and indicated it could be a week or more before they could come. Shane Cooper responded promptly, came and assessed the situation, and determined that the roof needed replacing. I had anticipated this since the roof was well over 15 years old and part was heavily covered in moss. The price quoted was very reasonable and so we agreed to having Cooper do the job. Shane’s crew came and installed a temporary tarp over the roof, at no cost to us, until the full replacement could be scheduled. The re-roofing was done in March 2018 and was completed in three days. The crew was efficient, very tidy in their work with clean-up done each day, and there were no unexpected charges for the job. Shane was around daily to check on things, and reviewed the work done once the job was completed. I am very happy to recommend Cooper Roofing for roofing services.

  I had my roof done in September 2017. The professionalism and the way Shane dealt with the request has been amazing. He has been very sincere and upright on any problems that may occur and advises you of any potential additional expense (which I did not have, thankfully). Although he did not do the job himself, he supervised the whole job and made sure everything is up to his standard. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

  I got my roof re-shingled by Shane's team back in August 2017 and was very happy with the result. Pricing was reasonable, the team was courteous and efficient, Shane was easy to work with and explained everything well; and when there were minor glitches in the scheduling, he was quick to explain and accommodate my needs with good communication. He also came back personally to check on the job when done. Then a couple weeks ago (Jan/18), I discovered a small leak which turned out to be unrelated to the roof work - it was damage to my chimney - and when I contacted Shane he immediately sent someone out to check it (even though Shane was on vacation far away....), and was able to fix it same day (caulking cracks in the brick). Happy to refer him.
