  There are so many things that I love about this office! I have never seen someone as dedicated and determined as Heather to making sure my lenses fit, were comfortable, affordable and durable. Heather is always professional, compassionate and friendly. She worked within what was comfortable for me and was always transparent about the costs as well as the benefits and cons of each lens that I was interested in. It took me a few appointments because I was god awful hard on my lenses but each appointment Heather was patient and willing to try different lenses until I was satisfied with the results. The staff are also friendly and welcoming, they are on the ball and work like a well oiled machine. I will always come back to this office as it is amazing and I always receive excellent service and I have never had an unpleasant experience. If you are thinking about going here for your lenses, then please do. Let the majority of positive reviews speak for this wonderful team.

  Heather and her staff are very dedicated and professional. I have a very complicated problem in my eyes for over 20 years and she was able to provide me with very comfortable hard contact lenses. If you need lenses, she is the professional for you!

  Heather and her staff are very dedicated and patient to deal with difficult scleral contact lens fittings and changes. She has gone above and beyond to assist me with the best possible fit and vision. I appreciate the dedication and respect the amount of skill required to analyze each individual problem and never stop attempting to get a proper and correct fit and vision.   I moved away from Winnipeg 10+ years ago, and yet to find a contact lens fitter/optician as skilled or as dedicated as K. Heather Power. Recently, I decided to contact her out of the blue to ask her about some contact lenses I had in 2006, inquire as to where I could get a similar pair, and ask her why that old prescription was still somehow "better" than anything I had received to date. Not only did Heather respond promptly (and she remembered me!), but she also took the time to produce explicit, clear directions and ideas for how to find a similar pair to my 2006 ones, offering to help me in any way possible. I could not be more impressed, and I would highly recommend Heather. From my experiences across the country, she is likely among the best in Canada.

  Honestly they are all the best, Heather and Harold have been more then helpful every time I come in. They always do their best to get me sorted out. Thank you guys for all your help you guys are the best and these contacts have saved my life big time, i literally could not see even when i had my glasses on. Keep up the great work!
