  they've been so helpful and caring but the office it's not very organized and there is no order in terms of serving people.

  The people at the Portuguese consulate in Vancouver are wonderful. They have helped me with a number of items I needed resolving. They are always polite, courteous, calm, knowledgeable and thorough. The Vancouver located has a great team to work with. Thank you Ron Zarr
