  Avoid this place if you can. Services are way overpriced and the girl at the front must have been raised in the sewers because she sure acted like a rude grumpy ass rat.   We Chinese can enter and leave Vietnam whenever we're please without the need for a visa or permission or anything.

  If you're applying for a visa here, beware that they don't unnecessarily overcharge you and check the date of the visa. Also, you don't have to provide a photo or self-addressed delivery envelope if you're going to collect your visa in person, despite what it says on the application form. The way they overcharged me was by asking me when I'd like it. I asked if they could do it by the following day and they simply said yes. They didn't tell me that this was the most expensive 'very urgent' option. A four-day turnaround would have been fine for me, but they didn't tell me that. Check the prices before you go. I applied for a visa to start on a particular date but the date they actually put on it was four days earlier than this.
