  Stayed in 407. Very dirty and rough shape. We saw a rodent deterrent plug in the wall so we started looking around. Rodent feces under the cushions and chew holes in the fabric and bed. Bathroom was moldy and cobwebs on the ceiling in the bedroom. Seems like they don't clean this place properly. Breakfast was quite poor. The walls are paper thin so its pretty loud in the morning with traffic outside and other rooms. Good location but not great value for the price.

  Small but nice room, everything was clean. Friendly staff and a great downtown location.

  The staff at the Commons Inn were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself was clean and all the linnen was fresh. There was a common balcony right outside my room where you are able to smoke. I had a great stay and the price was excellent coming in at under $100 per night. Thank you for your service, we'll be back soon!

  The only good thing about this place was the location. The price was way too high for what the room was. Rooms are very small, hard to move around, and not cozy in the slightest. The staff wasn't verly helpful either, and not very approachable. The shower in our room was so dark we could barely see anything, and the water pressure was less than desirable. It's a shame that this place has clearly been neglected as it has a lot of potential to be a nice hotel. Perhaps lowering your cost to match the experience is needed.

  Affordable but basic. The location is great. Close to the waterfront and close to the centre. Its fine if you want somewhere to sleep but if you want something fanciful this place won't be for you.
