  It was sooooo hot in our room! Could not sleep at all because of it. Also...a lot of problems with key cards not working as they should in the elevators or the room. The staff was nice and friendly though and the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

  Pictures online of the jacuzzi in our room was different then what was actually in the room. The one online was a lot nicer. Lady at the front desk was not accomodating to fix the situation. They need to have appropriate pictures for the rooms.

  Didn't mind this place at all, near downtown and walking distance to Rogers Place for an Oilers game. Staff were friendly, room was clean - when the front desk realized I was travelling with my 18 month old daughter they graciously upgraded my room to a family room which was larger at no extra cost. Breakfast was phenomenal for being included. All the regular cereal, breaded goods and milk, but also hard boiled eggs, waffle maker and hot coffee or tea. And I think the parking lot is guarded so an extra bit of security there...

  Love love them the manager is very kind and eager to hear your complaints if any And he does what he can to fix it. Perfect gentleman. And just as eager to hear any compliments. I would stay just for the hospitality oh the manager other staff needs allot of work. And I wish my room had a city view maybe next time

  The hotel staff are really nice and helpful. While the rooms were smaller than other comparable places, it was clean and comfortable. This hotel also has a small, but cozy swimming pool. There is a legit chinese restaurant in the lobby. The location is walking distance to Jasper Ave, so there are many restaurants and amenities nearby. Our sheets in the room, while clean, just seemed a little old. Overall a great stay that included a great continental warm breakfast.
