  Nice rooms. VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Cable could be improved though, but that's just nitpicking.

  BED BUGS I will never stay or recommend this location to any one. I was bitten several times that I had to get Medical attention and prescription to get the swelling down. Disgusting situation I don’t recommend anyone to have to go threw this. I was ( PROMEST ) by the Manager on duty that day that the room will be checked by a PEST CONTROL Company and I will be notified by phone on the results. ( NO ONE ) has called me regarding this Matter. On my return to Sudbury SEVERAL weeks later I set a Appointment with that Manager for next morning. I was told that the Manager was to busy to see me today. 5 minutes got a phone call telling me the room was clean nothing was found and the don’t get any paper trail of any inspection requested by hotel. ( really any service call to a company has by LAW need a work order ??? ( Writen report of service call???? Very poor Management ( Customer Service) not to be able to face there customers. Next step now is HEADQUARTERS office. Disgusting

  We stay here every time we go to Sudbury. Usually we enjoy our stay. However, we stayed here for 15 days the last time we went to Sudbury. 3 times in the 15 days we were there, we took the "Do Not Disturb" sign off the door so that our room could be cleaned. Not once did they change the bed sheets, vacuum or dust. They made the bed with the old sheets and gave us new towels and that was it. Very disappointed during our last visit. The breakfast is usually really good. We go every morning before we go to our meetings when we stay there. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. We are just disappointed in our last stay there. We stayed on the 2nd floor and when we would come into the room we would take our boots off at the door, however when we would go to the bathroom, sand would get tracked through the room so the room did need to be vacuumed. It would have been different if we stayed just 2 or 3 days, but we had stayed for 15 days and they didn't clean at all.

  Our car broke down at the beginning of a long weekend trip. We decided to stay at the Comfort Inn and we were happy that we did. The hotel was not very busy so the man at the desk upgraded our room for free since we were there for 3 nights! The room was big, and very clean as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was included in the price and it was the standard "continental" style breakfast. It was well stocked and included a waffle machine that made great waffles.

  Great hotel! My first thought was that it was a bit pricey for a room with one queen, but then I saw it and understood that in this case you get what you pay for. The rooms were nicely renovated, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was really nice and clean. The best Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at. Kudos!
