::Stayed here 3 nights over 2 weeks, staff always friendly & accommodating, proximity to everything Vancouver has to offer was excellent. Big shout out to Vanessa at the front desk for going above and beyond to help me out when there was limited rooms and I was in a jam. Thankyou, your efforts were much appreciated and the room was on point. Nice one, CI Vancouver

::Great location. Within walking distance to alot of places. Stayed here for 2 nights and the staff are all friendly. We got discount coupons for the aquarium from the front desk which was pretty cool. The buffet breakfast is pretty decent as well. Would definitely stay here again.

::Hotel was great. I had a great little suite on the backside of the building so very quiet. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. I enjoyed my week stay. My only concern was the neighbourhood. Not really condusive for an evening stroll. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel.

::Nice clean room and reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My particular room was on a noticable slope and the bed was extremely soft and worn out which made for uncomfortable nights. Breakfast is decent if it's included in the room cost but not worth the $10 otherwise. Includes some hot items like sausage, bacon and hash browns but everything is deep fried. Eat early as they don't restock some breakfast items.

::Nice hotel. The best part is that you have a great pub connected to the hotel, so you can got, have a great time at the pub and then come back to bed (the pub and the hotel are connected by an internal door). I don't give it more stars because it's weird and a little uncomfortable that breakfast is served in the pub (the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant or breakfast place). So it's kind of weird to have breakfast in the same place where people drink alcohol the night before. Besides (and this was quite disappointing) the hotel doesn't offer gluten free bread, which is quite usual in Canada. Anyway, the staff was friendly and the hotel very warm and clean, with an excellent location.
