  Horrible experience. Front desk staff rude and not pleasant to deal with. We arrived for our 3 pm check in.... Our room wasn't ready. They suggested we go next door have a beer at our own expense and they would come and get us in 15 to 20 minutes tops. No one came to get us. After an hour and 15 minutes we went back to the front desk. No apologies were made. They gave us our room keys. We went to the room and it was a mess. It had not been touched since the previous visitor's. Went back to front desk. No apologies or offers of restitution were made just "we'll get to it as soon as we can". I asked for and received a refund and we went to another hotel. Poor form. I'll never return

  Decent place to stay. Really easy to book, check in and check out. Had an issue with the side doors not being unlocked with our cards but that was unusual and resolved. Only thing I disliked was that the heater/AC doesn't have an actual temperature display, just a hot/cold dial so it was tough getting it set right. Rooms were clean, fresh towels, clean bed. Came with fridge, microwave, wifi, coffee maker, tv.

  Service was impeccable! Clarissa (close to that, I can't remember) was kind, helpful, understanding and very warm. She dealt with out rooms lack of remote and cleanliness in a very professional way. Location of hotel is right near Laurier university. Lots of restaurants and bars. Room was decent.

  Great room, clean and plenty of space. Coffee is good, but i would have preferred to have milk pods as opposed to packets of creamer. The concierge is friendly and there is a restaurant on site for meals. Overall, a pleasant stay. Pet friendly which is a great plus, as we travelled with our dog.

  Great big clean rooms. Arrived really late at night but the concierge was very nice. Room was upstairs. The always available coffee is a nice addition. Hotel is located on a main street and as a result a lot of places are at a walking distance from the hotel. Overall, good cheap place to stay for a few nights
