  Great hotel ., friendly staff, clean and amazing beds ,comfy pillows. Was placed in a room near the roof..and smelled a little like exhaust..so not great when you want fresh air. The pool /sauna and hot tub were a nice bonus .

  Was nice. Awesome people. Just a little out of the way. Window smaller than I expected. Couldn't really enjoy the view and we paid for ocean view. Bartenders pushy.

  Great and helpful front desk. Have EV parking but maybe have a sign to limit the charging time to 5 hours, so other hotel vistors can have a chance to charge their car. Overnight charging maybe from 12 am to 7 am. Hotel nice and clean but washroom might need a little bit update or better cleaning, especially around faucet area and tub surrounding, black stuff is started to build up. Warm toilet seat, high tech toilet

  First time visiting this hotel in Victoria. Although it's a little bit of a walk past the Inner Harbour (15 mins or so) it's well worth it. Staff are so friendly and rooms are clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tub are just the right temperatures. Recommend this hotel!

  When I come to Victoria I always choose the Coast. The bed is perfectly comfortable and the pillows are exactly as I prefer. Pillows are always my first complaint when staying anywhere. The staff is always courteous and professional. I always feel welcome. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
