::Things have improved a lot since the previous posts. I went in, the technician, Sandy, was busy with someone else for 5 minutes, then she took my information, completed my x rays, told me my doctor should have the results in 3 days. The whole process took less than 20 minutes...on my lunch hour even!!! Sandy was super efficient & professional!! I'd recommend it!!

::The old technician with short hair is super rude and unprofessional... she gave me attititude for not knowing what kind of paper I had instead of trying to explain to me in good manners. Horrible service.

::Horrifying experience. Please go to any other location if you can. The technician was incredibly rude and unprofessional. No gown provided, wouldn't leave the room to allow me to change, complete lack of care and professionalism.

::Pretty much the worst service I've ever received. Doctor gave me a form to bring in to the lab in order to get X-ray and ultrasound. On the form was the Bank St location with a phone number, which I called in advance of going in. The lady on the phone said there was no need to make an appointment, come in before 10am when it was less busy. I arrived today at 8:08am, stood there until 8:41 when the tech came out. She asked if I had an appointment, I said no because the lady on the phone said I didn't need one. She says "you didn't call here because we don't have a direct line, you must have spoken to the central booking line." This is in no way my problem, I called the number ON THE FORM MY DOCTOR GAVE ME, LISTED UNDER THE ADDRESS FOR THIS LOCATION. She then says they don't even do Ultrasounds here anyway so they can't help. On the same form with the address and number for this location, the procedures listed next to it say "X,U". Anyway, she says she can book me an appointment for 2:00pm today at another location. Cool, more time off work that was unexpected and unplanned. Thanks for nothing! *Please note the 1 star rating is only there because it would not let me post my comments without choosing a star.

::Understaffed, receptionist is also the technician which means you wait longer for no reason. The vision and mission statements posted on the wall are just for decorative purposes.
