  I had an incredible experience at Clarkdale Volkwagen. Devin was my sales representative, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in clearing up any questions. Wayne , the finance manager was very professional and communicated very clearly the detail of my lease agreement. A special thanks to Trevor, the general Sales Manager, who responded very quickly to a small issue I had. Trevor made the whole experience great! A strong team that I enjoyed dealing with.   I was driving from Vancouver Island to the interior with my new to me 1995 Cabrio (which is beautiful), the coolant light came on and I read in the manual that it had to be a mix, was a bit confused so dropped into Clarkdale to see if they could help me out. The young lady at the service desk said they could work me in before noon if I needed quick service to get back on the road or I could just get some coolant and be on my way. Long story short, before I could buy any coolant a young man from service and the young lady from service came and found me and said they had some already mixed, helped me (and taught me) how to top it up and sent me on my way, made my 6 hour drive home safe and sound. Thanks so much to these two staff members who treated me with respect and helped me out, you know who you are :). If I owned a business you are the kind of people I would want working for me!!

  Had a wonderful experience with Clarkdale Volkswagen. Mike Hahn was our sales consultant and he was simply excellent. He wasn't pushy, very thoughtful and polite. The staff seem to get on very well together and are happy to help each other, that's usually a sign that management is doing a good job - well done everyone and we love the new car.

  Went in looking for a vehicle and was helped out by Johnny. He was extremely helpul patient and NOT pushy! He completely understood my needs, showed me a couple of options and when I decided which one to go with he made the purchase very smooth and painless. I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate his non pushy attitude and the fact that he understood that spending thousands of dollars is not an impulse decision. Definitely would recommend Clarkdale to friends and family. Thank you Johnny

  My entire experience at Clarkdale Volkswagen was excellent. Johnny made the purchase of this vehicle easy. He was super helpful, while remaining so kind and honest. Much appreciated! The whole process was great and each person I dealt with added to that experience, taking time to explain things and not making me feel rushed or pressured.
