  Seems to be improving. More shops are opening and their food court is growing. It’s worth revisiting to see all the enhancements.

  It's kind of dead in there. I went on a Saturday and pretty much everything but the food court was closed. And the food court at Portage Place is better. Great food choices before jets games. Highly recommended to eat here before going to a game

  Good place to pick up necessities during the day with decent variety. Food court, cell phor kiosks, the essentials. Would not recommend after 3 PM as safety is an issue. Recent assaults and stabbings in broad day light on street front.

  I loved this. Second time in Winnipeg in February and I love how you never have to go outside in -30. Great assortment of shops.
