  Dr. Dodds has my highest respect and trust, been with her since she had her own independent practice on 8th Ave and will continue to support her. However, the City Focus Store has disappointed me now twice by delivering sub par lens products but promoting and charging for top of the line. What I received from their lab was not what was ordered and promoted. First time it was so obvious, that the CSR sent them back for exchange. This year, they could/would not verify the delivered product in the store and acknowledged that they are at the mercy of their lab. Having lost faith, I ordered the identical item somewhere else and proofed to them the difference. Which was very obvious and a refund was issued. The whole hassle and the thought that a less discriminating customer could believe or be convinced that he got what he paid for is of concern and saddening. The staff is very helpful and friendly. That just does not make up for the lesser quality item, poor workmanship or shortcuts their lab takes. I can't believe the difference between the 2 orders and how well the other ones work in comparison. That's why I write this review. It's night and day.

  Excellent optometrists, especially Dr. Drouin. Very thorough examination, good advice about eye health, new technology, and helpful friendly staff. Frames are pricey, but get your eyes checked here!

  Horrible experiences. First time getting contacts and they told me it should take about a week and a half to get them in...3 weeks go by and they still never called me to come and get them. Of course I gooffed up and lost one of my contacts day two oops silly me. Called in to ask if they could order a new set they said yup no problems it will take 5 business days...it's been 8 plus a weekend...I can be patient but when I called to inquire the girl on the phone got very rude with me said she would look into it and hung up on me.

  This is a great office! I have been seeing Annie Drouin for several years now, & she is very thorough. Staff are friendly; they even adjusted my old glasses (that I did not buy from them) free of charge when they noticed they were a bit off kilter.

  Great selection of hard to find frames. Reasonably priced. I have bought glasses at this centre ever year for the last 9 years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.
