  One of worse customer service at night receptionisy guy. Doesn't know how to talk with people,I will not stay even free in this motel..this kind of peopel not deserve job in public. Very bed .0 rating ..

  I wouldn't normally write a bad review for a cheap motel as I understand that things aren't going to be fancy and I don't expect them to be, but I am making an exception for this place. We had mice running in and out of our room under the gap below the door. When I called the front desk and asked for a room change, the man working there sounded very displeased that I even had it in me to call. We ended up stuffing towels under the door so they wouldn't come in. I know a cheap motel is a cheap motel, but if I had a 1 star business, I wouldn't just settle and let it turn into a dump. I'd take enough pride to fix the doors so they go to the floor atleast. Maybe put fridges in your rooms too.

  Really nice place to stay close to shopping the city bus stops out front.

  DISGUSTING! If I could give less then one star I would. "Peter" if that's even his real name was working the front desk and was literally THE most disrespectful customer service employee I have EVER dealt with. The sheets in the room had lipstick on them... BOTH beds, when I requested new sheets, even offering to change them myself he insisted there was ABSOLUTELY no way he could get me clean sheets, switch rooms or help me in ANY way. This man doesn't deserve his job- he swore at me and looked as if he was about to assault me, physically shaking and telling me even if he could help me he would not. I reminded him of the camera recording him and left the hotel. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not deserve one cent of your business. Absolutely horrified and disgusted.

  Schönes Motel :) Sind etwa 30min bis in die Innenstadt.
