  This idiot who works there left the store with children locked inside because he forgot to park his car. He was gone for a good 10-15 mins and when he finally came back there was people waiting outside(including the parents of the children) who were furious. He was absolutely unapologetic and rude towards the parents and kept on denying any wrongdoing. I haven't seen such carelessness from an employee in any of the Macs I've been to.The owner is actually very friendly but I highly doubt he knows anything about this incident. I have to say that it's just one particular employee(the old Somali guy) that acts like this. Other times Ive been there, no issues whatsoever.

  Employees here are very tolerant and patient of the drunk people that engulf this store late into the night. Service here is always given with a smile which is nice to experience.
