Terrible I have been purchasing my lingerie from Change for the last 10 years but the ones I purchased in January are the last. Went on holiday and every security check I went through they set off the alarms!!! Annoying!!! Now the material under the cups is folding over and hurts!! 😡

I bought some bras here a few months ago. Like others, la senza and Victoria's Secret bras don't really fit me so I went to change. I got fitted and left with two bras and one bralette. The bralette and one bra fit ok but digs in a little. The other bra I bought is the worst and I haven't worn it since I bought it. The lady helping me told me that it fit me perfectly and looked really great but i wore it around the house a few times and after ten minutes my nipples fall out of the front and the underwire digs into my chest and I hate it. It felt ok in the store but I felt a little rushed. Unfortunately it was a final sale because the three bras i bought were "buy two get one free", the bralette being the free one because it was cheaper. I'm disappointed because I wanted to find new bra that actually fit and now I'm back to thinking that there is not such thing as a bra that will actually fit me. If my nipples fall out I don't think it does. I wish I hadn't wasted 100 dollars on a bra that's going to sit in my closet forever and that I can't exchange. After reading some of the previous comments I'm a little afraid to try and take it back to the store and I've emailed the customer service email a while ago and never got a response.

To be honest, I used to enjoy coming here on my lunch breaks to pick up some cute swimwear during the summer months or to get a few necessities. However, today I was not pleased with the customer service. I had purchased a body shaper a few days ago, as an emergency for a dress I was planning to wear over the weekend. Though I was in a hurry, the young girl assisting me that day failed to let me know that this would be a final sale due to hygienic reasons. I understand that they must abide by such policy, but I don't think it was necessary for the manager to speak to me so condescendingly, as if I should've known all about this. When I came to return the item, explaining that I didn't even get a chance to use it, and that the young girl assisting failed to inform me of their policy, the manager retorted with a "She didn't have to tell you. It is a Canada-wide policy wherever you go!" The way she talked to me, the customer, undeniably had me feeling rather defensive especially as there was no apologetic tone for the inconvenience. She continued to cut me off throughout our conversation, and even went so far to tell me that "Anything that touches the body cannot be refunded or exchanged." Well, if that is the case, wouldn't that include just about everything in the store, as it all touches some part of the body? Besides, if they want to be so technical about their hygienic policy, I would like to know why they don't provide samples specifically used for women to try on at the store? The body shaping item I had purchased a few days ago was retrieved from a box in the back, and was the exact same one they had gave to me to buy. Not a brand new one, like they would at other stores. If I had decided not to buy the item after trying it on, how many more other women do you think could have done the same? How many women do you think could have possibly tried on this same article of clothing before me? There is inconsistency with their policy, and I don't believe it is fair that they be more strict about their rules in some points, and overlook others. Besides, the quality of their products have gone down dramatically. Actually, aside from the fact that I didn't end up wearing the product, I decided I wanted to return it as I found rips along the seams when I had come home after purchasing it... definitely not worth $60+ of my money, which could've gone to better use, such as an ACTUAL pair of Spanx. At least those probably would've done a lot better than this knock-off. All in all, I was not pleased with my experience at this store today, and now know for a fact that I will never be stepping foot in this store again. I understand that customers won't always be right, but I also don't think that that deems it okay for a manager or any storefront worker to speak to a customer in the way I had been spoken to today. To be honest, you might even find better and much more helpful customer service at stores like La Senza.

Once a year, or less if I've gained or lost weight, I go on a bra buying spree and buy a half dozen or so new bras for myself. I used to shop at Victoria's Secret before they came to Canada, but they never really fit quite right. My friend referred me here, and it was love at first fitting. First some background: I used to work in a small, independent lingerie store, so I know about fittings. I can do my own, but it's easier when someone else does it for you. The first time I visited, the fitting assistant was friendly, helpful and competent. Once we had my size established, she brought me lots of fun bras and panties. This positive has been consistently repeated each time I've gone in. If you shop at the right time and can take advantage of their sales, all the better. The Change card is a nice perk. I find the bras to be well-made and very comfortable. I wash them in the machine and line-dry and they've retained their shape nicely.
