  Amazing service. Darlene and Michael always find a way to accomidate my appraisal requists sometimes rush files with dead lines. I can always count on them to help my clients when they need there service. Michael is really experienced in appraisals and always gets a good accurate report in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them. :)

  I just came from meeting the bank initiated appraiser at our home. I am totally disappointed with this inspection company. For a 1:00 pm meeting, I arrived at 12:45 to make sure I did not keep him waiting. At 1:15, I called their office and asked if he was coming. After being on hold I got the answer that yes he was. When I asked in how long, I was told she never asked that question. When Michael Sceviour finally showed at 1:30 I questioned the time of our appointment and was told 1:00 pm but he was busy and had been up since 4 am. How this is relevant to me, I am not sure. I told him since I was paying his wages, I expected him to be on time or at least let me know if he is running late as my time was just as important as his. He was in the home between 8 and 9 minutes so I must say this seemed to be a very thorough inspection to do both the interior and exterior of my home in this minute amount of time. I am so not impressed. When someone is charging me for a service, I expect a lot more professionalism than I saw today. Had I hired them myself, he would have been done before he started. The most unprofessional office staff and inspector. Do these companies not realize without customers they have no jobs.
