  Hotel is very central of much of the city, makes it easy to walk to many different parts of the town. Although, it is about a 15 minute walk from either of the two closest Sky train stations. Hotel is very clean and has a nice coffee shop in the lobby. Indoor pool is a little dull looking in the basement of the hotel and a bit hidden.

  Amazing staff, friendly and there for their guests at the drop of a hat! Not the fanciest rooms, but super clean and definitely everything a person needs to be comfortable while away from home. The beds are probably the most comfortable we have seen in a hotel. We will not stay anywhere else while in Vancouver!! Highly recommend!!!

  From loud sirens and kids running the halls to fire alarms being pulled, it wasn't a restful stay. The location next to the hospital is good if you have someone there. The room was decent but has poor soundproofing. The hotel would benefit from a major update including better windows and doors.

  The rooms have not been updated to match the lobby, however i enjoyed my stay none the less! While the rooms were a little dated, they were spacious and came with a kitchenette. We did not have any noise problems and the beds were comfy. In the morning, we had a problem with our towels, a needle and thread had found its way woven in. The manager apologized, spoke with housekeeping and comped all of our food because our room was paid for by a third party. I was very pleased with how the situation was handled. No one was hurt and mistakes happen. Would stay here again. Location was excellent.

  Great service, the staff are quite nice. The atmosphere when you walk in is really beautiful and calming. There is a scent of tea tree oil wofting through the air from the spa. Rooms are nice and have good views. I will say the water took far too long to heat up for my shower though!
