  House in Lacombe is finally sold. After a prudent business decision on our part to list wth Jon and Denise Nichols, we are finally moving forward to move into our Jayman dream home in Sherwood Park. When we first listed with Jon and Denise, they didn't just list us and walk away. They invested time to show what we needed to do to make our home more attractive and saleable. A touch here, a change there, clean this, move that etc. As we curently live in Sherwood Park, it was impossible for us to see when the lawn was overgrown, when there were flyers scattered all over my lawn or when my walk and driveway needed shovelling. Jon did all that, including shovel my snow! Jon and Denise did more than meet our expectations, they exceeded them. They were professional, attentive and patient on every point. I would and will recommend them to anyone who asks. Between my wife Suzanne and I, this is the 6th or 7th house transacton and has by far been the best especially considering the current market conditions. Thanks again Jon and Denise!
