  I have experienced some of the brusqueness others have suggested by the receptionist staff. This is a very busy clinic, and I've received far worse treatment at Canadian Tire Automotive desk. With a little patience in return, they've always tried to help. The clinic nurse is awesome. I've had 2 GPs, one moved to another clinic, both are caring and take time to address all of my concerns. People with complaints about the Docs being overbooked need to move to Peterborough, or any of the many cities where getting a family doc isn't even possible. I was without for 15 years. Then they might also think about how stressful that is on the Docs. All in all it's a clinic filled with well-meaning and caring people.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. As others have stated, reception is extremely rude and doctors are over booked. While I liked my doctor, it was bad enough that I found a new doctor and clinic.

  I really don't understand the negative reviews here! I almost didn't meet with a doctor at this office because of the reviews, but I'm really glad I did. Dr. Awan is amazing and so sweet. Her appointments are quick, but then again I've never needed to be there for too long. I recently inquired about seeing someone for mental health issues and the nurse over the phone was really sweet and clearly wanted to help me as quickly as possible.

  The people in the front and reception are so rude. Even when they call you, always they are angry. I will definitely change my doctor because of this.
