  Absolutely disgusting place. I went in this morning to look for and purchase a new shower setup and to my surprise, there was a man and women inside walking with their oversized dog. I went over to the manager and explained that i was uncomfortable shopping in his store while people were walking around with their animals. I understand some stores welcome it like pet related retail shops, but in the end, shops like this should not allow pets inside. The manager walked over to look at the dog and said it looked friendly and was on a leash so he wouldn't ask them to take it outside. I told the manager if the dog wasn't asked to be put outside I would leave and that he would lose a client permanently over his foolish decision and he welcomed me to leave, so I did. To start, what kindly of person thinks it's ok to bring there dog EVERYWHERE they go?? It's a pet, leave it at home or in the car. It doesn't belong in stores and other places in which people may not be comfortable with that. The manager of this store could care less on how this dog made others feel in his store I'm sure the dog owners didn't purchase anything and even though i was in to actually buy, they lost my sale. I See nothing wrong with asking people with an oversized animal to leave their animal in their car, to start, it should be expected and never a consideration to do this. The dog owners and manager showed zero class, respect or intelligence intelligence. I will never return to this place. I'm not even remotely surprised about their low star rating, it's well deserved.

  THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SUPPORT OF THEIR PRODUCTS [ GROHE ] I WAS TOLD TO FIND PLUMBERS [ DO MY OWN RESEARCH ] WHO ARE ABLE TO INSTALL IT!!!! MY BATHROOM HAS BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER A MONTH !!!! INFORMATION IN NOT ON THE TOP OF THEIR LIST ONLY SALES AND GETTING YOUR MONEY
