awful service. In 10 mins girl made a teenager bold!...he explained what he wants, but she simply cut all his hair with the clippers😈

If I could rate a 0 star I seriously would! I had total trust in the hairdresser for a new cut. I wanted a bang and the hairdresser did not do a great job. I hate my hair now on. If you love your hair... please don't go there! DON'T!

Awful quality for extremely high price. Wasted time and money. Extremely disappointed. No professional advice. The level of a primitive village hairdresser. Don't go there!

There is an "economy" salon downstairs just next door to the IGA in the Complexe Desjardins. Depending on the time that you get your hair done at, the price changes. Needless to say, whenever you call for an appointment, they ALWAYS open up with a suggestion for an open appointment during the "heures d'affluence" (read "more expensive"). You have to specifically fight to get them to book you something during the discount hours. To me, this seems like deceptive marketing. The price during off-hours is good. They don't take credit card. It seems to me that any place that sells something for over $20 a unit should be offering credit card as an option. The haircuts I've gotten there thus far at the time of this writing (3), have been decent enough. I've left requests and messages with the operation that either never get responded to or are not timely. So, in summary, it's not the actual haircuts that I find problematic, but the logistics surrounding the whole operation.

After years of searching finally get a hair salon that provides a perfect cut; great color; reasonable prices, accepts debit and MC (fancy salon in my home town does not) and takes care of me from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave (never abandonned on a chair). I strongly recommend. Claudine is my stylist!
