  Much better than the Zaki's that used to be here. Good burgers. The sandwiches are stuffed with 3 patties which is way too much for me. My dad just added onion rings from his side to his cheeseburger since the price increases quite a bit for anything fancier.

  I went to this location today with my friend around 6:30. The girl working at front messed up my order with uber order. She made me wait for 40 mintues. My friend who got her order already finished her food. What was the point of coming here and eating together. The girl never apologised and was exremely rude. She should not be doing any customer service. She ignored her mistake and did not say anything. The staff is so unprofessional.

  We went there to order for three dine-in and three take-out!  The moment we walked in there was a girl taking our order whom is not only condescending but had no regards for customer service. She took our orders fast and not paying attention she was busy with two other friends that was present at that time. We felt rushed and at the end got all the orders wrong.  Upon calling to pick up our orders she threw all the trays at us and mixed the dine-in and take-out orders. When we told her this she was blaming us for ordering it wrong and had a bad attitude. When we said, you know what we will just submit feedback to head office she was like not my problem and walked out without handing in rest of our orders then we had another person to take care of it.  She not only portrayed a bad attitude but was aggressive and had an anger issue. We dine here often and this is the first time experiencing this here.  It’s true she is new here and one bad apple does spoil the rest. I did submit a review to head office so she is properly coached, but I feel like she should not be in front.

  Dropped in on Friday evening after a workout and was craving a wrap. Ordered the Marrakech wrap. Waited exactly 30 minutes for it since there were several people who ordered prior to me and several Uber eats drivers waiting to pick up delivery orders. They were understaffed for a Friday evening for sure. The gentleman at the counter was doing his best mind you. I finally got my order and I was very disappointed because there was barely any meat in the wrap and it was lukewarm. I’ve been to the Bank street location many times as well as locations in Montreal before... quite disappointed with this recent experience.

  Amazing food but high prices. Their burgers are huge, and in flavourful selections that I've just never seen anywhere else. I had the Tandoori Chicken Burger (which is a burger – with Tandoori chicken on it). While the portions are huge, their prices are equally high – starting at $10 and up. A meal for 2 will run you about $35 - which is expensive for a burger joint. If they offered some sort of lesser priced lunch option, I would dine here more frequently.
