  Attentive service. Alex O from sales was extremely responsive, patient and helpful. Robert E from finance was straightforward and efficient and stuck to the out the door price agreed to over the phone without any hard upsells. We were able to order the car we wanted after some help on its cost, and it arrived roughly within the time frame that we expected. Car was well prepared and ready when promised. Excellent experience.

  Amazing experience. John and Daniel at Centaur are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Daniel was thorough with his knowledge of the product and cares about the customer experience. It showed from start to finish. John is very friendly, approachable and patient when going through any sort of documentation.

  Daniel Martin was my salesman and he did an excellent job to ensure I was satisfied with my vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicle is superb and his understanding of vehicles is above and beyond a normal car salesman. He showed me all the features of the car, gave me the fairest price amongst the Subaru dealerships in Alberta and answered all my questions in a very timely manner. John Leacock was also very helpful in answering my many questions. I have never had such a great experience at a car dealership and wish everyone the type of service and experience I had at this dealership with Daniel and John. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  The dealership is great. Honest guys with a very good service: attentive to your needs, but not annoying at all. Alex is a very good guy! My wife and I felt ourselves in a good hands when we communicated with him. If you are not sure, you can definitely ask him for advice and be sure he won't lie to you or let you down. Rob (financial administrator) was also nice and attentive to our needs. Overall, I can say that my wife and I would definitely recommend this dealership!!! :)

  We had amazing customer service from Mike Elder (Service manager) at Centaur Subaru, he truly went above and beyond for us! We had to get work done on our Subaru outback while the car was still under warranty. We live 3 hours away from Calgary but from day one Mike was on board with helping us with logistics, from getting this warranty through to helping us with cabs, doing extra work on the vehicle and arranging the car return. We didn't buy the car from Mike but it didn't matter, he was there for us! A big thank you Mike to you and your team for making this happen for us, we really appreciated it and will recommend you and your facility to all our friends.
