  They damaged my phone battery and never told me!! 2 months ago I went to Cell Tech to change my galaxy S7 cracked screen. About a month later I started to get battery issues. I went to an approved Samsung dealer today to repair it. They opened my phone and noticed that the person who previously repaired my screen damaged the battery and tried to cover it by taping it around it. Cell Tech NEVER told me they damaged the battery. Insread they put foil around it and taped it which is very dangerous with a lithium battery. I went back right away to cell teck to ask for them to pay for my battery since they damaged it. Their response was that they will change the battery for free. I explained to them that it's already changed and I would NEVER let them touch my phone again since they tried to cover up that they damaged it without telling me and that he should have right then and there put in a new battery. He refused to pay for the cost of the battery change since he's saying I should have asked him to repair it instead of going somewhere else. I tried to save money by going there and it ended up costing me more :( FOR PHOTOS OF THE BATTERY WITH THE Foil THEY PUT AROUND AND NOTES FROM THE PLACE WHO REPAIRED MY BATTERY CHECK YELP, I POSTED PICTURES THERE. Also if you look on yelp, the owner wrote 3 great reviews for his own store which were removed by yelp. It also appears they are asking friends to write good reviews. If a store is good, they don't need to ask friends to write them rave reviews!!! Even if you look here after my reviews they are suddenly receiving 5 stars reviews!

  Got my phone screen repaired. It then stopped working properly and they tried to fix it but it kept not working so they replaced it with another new screen. Very quick. Also they had a large selection of accessories with both nicer designs and better prices than nearby Chinatown stores.

  today i went to this store to fix my iphone 6 screen! they do it only for 20 mins, amazing! also it is a good price! thanks the girl! good service ! good price!

  amazing！my phone is old phone , i asked many place to fix my phone charge , but no body can do it , when i came here to ask , it only take half hour,and give me a new charge

  I would give negative stars if Google let me. This place is shaddy as hell. Last September, the repair dude damaged my battery and card slot while repairing a broken screen. He told me he can't fix my phone unless I leave the phone with him for 2 days. I was told to pay $40 for a dead phone at the end of the wait since i need my contacts back urgently. When I realize he screwed up my SIM card slot and battery he offered a 'friendly price' of $80 for a re-repair. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? You damage more parts than you've repaired! TRY YOUR BEST TO AVOID THIS SHADDY PLACE!
