  If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible experiences at this location. After having half of my eyebrow taken off by one of the staff, I went back under the assurance from the store manager that she would take care of me on my next visit. After going in two months later so my brow could grow back, she very hastily did my brows and didn’t do a good job and then tried to charge me for the service. Worst service. Go to literally anywhere else.

  They always make my brows look perfect! I've always been a member and the birthday deals are always worth it.

  This place is dirty ! Have you ever looked up the light fixtures or under the counters? I realize you're not getting your facial done under the counter but it seriously makes me question the cleanliness of their equipment! I find the girls here super pushy! My daughters are students when they go to get their brows waxed they're constantly being pushed to buy products they cannot afford ! This place is becoming run down and let go I will be returning The other locations are not much better go to Bayshore! it's clean they re friendly and best of all no pushing Rideau location is filthy! Come on Caryl Baker, this place is supposed to be sanitized and clean

  I love getting my eyebrows waxed here. The staff is so nice and polite. They always have time to see me within an hour of me asking for an appointment. They have given me a free facial with an eyebrow wax even though their new membership doesn't include that anymore. This is my new favourite place for all my waxing needs.

  I love this place! My brows always look great and the girls are so sweet. I was just there on Tuesday and my consultant took such care for my brows! She looked and looked to make sure they were perfect.
