  I came in to get my big beautiful brows done and was serviced by a girl named Kaitlyn. She did an amazing job, and now I bring my entire family in to all get our brows done together :) thank you Caryl Baker!!

  Went in to get my eyebrows done and the lady took off the tail of my brow!!!! Wasn't going to make a scene in the store so here i go. Ladies...Tell me do you know anyone who goes to the salon and says "my eyebrow shape is too long i want it shorter". Every girl i know wants a longer shape and therefore fills them in longer. This woman who did my brows, did not know what she was doing clearly. I don't grow hair fast and now I have to grow them back which is going to take even longer to get back to my original shape. I wish I told her not to take off my end, but i thought it was common sense, but instead Now i am left with 2/3 of my original brow. First impressions either make or break you and i am very disappointed with their performance. I normally use visage in Barrie my hometown, but I thought I would try thunder bay for once. LESSON LEARNED: if you go into the intercity shop, ask for their most senior staff and watch them like a hawk, don't let them leave you looking dumb.
