  Brad and his team went above and beyond and I'm so grateful. Friendly staff, great communication, and the work done on my car was excellent. My car looks amazing and I was so happy with their service. Recommend to all.

  I would recommend CARSTAR as the people at CARSTAR were friendly and professional and worked on my behalf to make sure I didn't pay out of pocket for my experience there. The team assisted me in navigating the claims process with my insurance and they got me into a rental car while my car was in for repairs. They did the estimate in short order and worked with my insurer to extend my rental coverage period to cover the time it would take for repairs. One issue that I did have to contend with was that the repairs took more than twice as long as they estimated and it resulted in Enterprise charging me an absurd amount for the rental. The manager of CARSTAR was gracious enough to intercede on my behalf and had the extra charges dropped. Great experience in the end!

  My brand new Chevy Volt was rear-ended in August just after my odometer hit 75km. I brought my car to Carstar on Sunderland on the recommendation of Myers on Hunt Club. The service was impeccable, professional and courteous. Once I got the car back, it was like new. Conveniently, there is a car rental company (Can't recall the name) collocated with Carstar. I will go back there if I ever get in another collision.
