  I brought my car in for an estimate. They said they would call me back in a couple days. 2 weeks later I called them back. They lost all pictures of my car, they lost my file, and had no recollection of who I am. The guy in charge took off for several months to the Dominican?

  Dealing with Sam at Carstar was a fantastic experience - and trust me, I am very critical especially when dealing with garage companies. Sam did all the required work at a reasonable price and dropped off my car at my front door. Not only that, but he gave me a $50 gift certificate for being patient when an issue arose with the timing. End to end it was a great experience and I highly recommend this shop - especially Sam!! Excellent Service, Excellent Price and Excellent quality of work. 10 stars!!!

  CarStar was referred to us by a Cam's auto Service as a place we could get our bumper secured. We arrived there just as they were closing up for the night, but they agreed to take a look at it anyways. The staff stayed late to fix up our bumper, they were happy to do it for free too, as it didn't seem too hard of a job to do. All staff were very kind. They have great customer service. I would definitely go there again as I trust their service.

  My wife and I brought our car in after a minor collision - and were blown away with Sam's courteous nature, excellent and speedy work and dedication to customer service. This shop is truly an east end gem and it doesn't hurt that Sam makes a great espresso! We were so happy with the work that we brought our car back in a few months later when a window was smashed - Sam and CarStar once again came to the rescue and did a great job in record time. Would highly recommend.
