  I had Joey fix a broken rearview mirror and damages due to a collision on my vehicle. I was very happy to say the least with the repairs and the service I was given was nothing less than awsome. The whole process was smooth and left me feeling like a true professional was taking care of my car. Thanks again, highly recommended!

  Excellent! I've had my car detailed and shampooed before (at my dealership and at another downtown Ottawa car wash) and I was hugely disappointed both times. These guys made my filthy car look BRAND NEW! They were professional, acccomadating and super nice! Also a super convenient location if you live or work downtown. Thanks Carstar! I will be back!

  If you want quality service, go to CARSTAR Express Ottawa Downtown for detailing. I took my vehicle there today and I cannot believe the results. My KIA Soul was very very dirty inside and CARSTAR made it look like brand new! WOW! Debbie Erdos

  I've been noting short of impressed with the level of service and caring after having my windshield replaced. As a result I confidently referred a family member who had a wildlife car accident. They too had an outstanding experience working with the insurance company to return the vehicle in perfect condition.

  Great place! Friendly, fast, efficient and they do a super job. I deal with Anson and he's awesome as they all are there. Highly recommended! This is where you need to go to get a "new" car (at least that's what my Tuscon looks like now!) Thought we were going to sell it, now my wife loves it again. Saved me a pile of money in the long run. Thanks CarStar Express!
