  Pharmacist always takes the time to listen about my health issues and explain my medications, Christine the pharmacy manager is simply best. store is well laid out and they have much better deals on vitamins and most other stuff then shoppers.

  If 'the owner' isn't there you have the chance of running into pharmacists who aren't just rude, but totally incompetent.. The woman tried to force me to take something that would kill me and then stood around for 10 minutes instead of calling the owner as asked. This isn't the first time this has happened either, almost like the new staff that go there aren't trained to treat people like anything other than beneath them. Missed my bus and then my transfer while she stood there looking confused even though she was told such would happen if she just stood there trying to force me to take medicine I didn't want or need.. I've been a customer since they opened and could not believe the treatment- I'm never going back there, that's for sure.

  I love this pharmacy! The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to assist me. Got my scripts transferred here. and the service is fast and effective.

  This is the best pharmacy in Ottawa hands down. The staff are extremely kind and have fast professional service. Very impressed
