This is the best Jamaican store very good in dealing with their own people, services with a smile, always have very different foods and fruits, products we the older people from Jamaica grew up on, this is why we are so healthy, I hope they stay in business for meny more years and to be even more successful than they are already.

Hello. Can anyone here tell me of some West Indian stores that are in the downtown area I can frequent. Here is why. I over the years had frequented Caribbean Corner in Kensington Market 171 Baldwin Street. While i was in in line speaking to Mikey i had wanted to make sure the girl who was operating the register was aware of the pricing of something I was interested in purchasing. Sometimes not all employees are aware and I thought to ask him. I was speaking directly to him but she over heard me and started to laugh, keep in mind NO ONE was talking to her. Any how she was going on with an attitude about how of course she knows, she was born here and how her mom owns the store. SO F#$king what your mom owns the store. That was not my question and I was not even talking to you. Keep in mind I was like the 3rd person in line as she was carrying on with her ignorant behavior. When I got to cash I was making efforts to be civil towards her because I have class, yet she likes to just run her mouth. While i was in line she did that to another paying customer when he answered a question she asked him. So SHE and Caribbean Corner can all go F&8k themselves. She is a PERFECT example of Black run business and poor customer service. I do not care what kind of day she was having , leave your woes at the door like I do. Yes I did complain and made a commitment from that day forward to only support business where one is treated well
