  Wade was amazing helped me find the right car in my budget. On the test drives he commented on how I felt more comfortable in the Sonic. I agreed and went with the Sonic. He made the whole process very relaxing and was very accommodating. My finance person Richard was amazing and very sweet. I have bruised credit and very felt judged. I wanted to finance the car on my own and he made sure of it. Both guys went over and above in their service.

  Bought a nice 2017 Grand Cherokee, grey color in mint condition we met this great salesman name Pat. Very nice guy, we tried to deal the price but was explained they were a one price dealer which we accepted, gave a deposit on the mentioned vehicle. Went back on the delivery day to sign the paperwork and met with Simon, very nice guy also. Both we're very professional, where it went sour is upon delivery! They were pretty busy that they so we felt kinda being rushed a little and was kinda cold outside too so, Pat and we walked around our new purchase to find a dent in the left front door that wasn't there when we gave the deposit! Pat told us don't worry we'll take care of it. Then we also found a scratch on the right side of the front bumper...no problem we'll take care of it! I brought the vehicle back on the agreed date it was nice and clean....went to pick it up when they called only to find out they haven't done the bumper and that they had to send the vehicle to the body shop to fix the dent because the guy before didn't do a good job...ok I said but my vehicle is full of body shop dust, it's all dirty. Was told didn't have time to wash it and they weren't going to fix the bumper. And to call and ask for Ken the sales manager. So I called Ken explained all that happened and only asked for the vehicle to be the way it was when I gave the deposit, nothing more. Ken told me he's busy, let me check it out and I will call you back! A week passed no news, called him back, he agreed that after he looked at the pictures on their website that the vehicle had no dents or scratches what so ever. I was glad to hear that so I asked what's next now, the answer was " I have no intention of fixing it" we spent the money allowed on this vehicle on fixing the dent in the door so nothing I can do about the bumper" . What an answer!!!! Your employee damaged the vehicle while preparing it for delivery, it is your full responsibility to have it fixed I said, .... Sorry nothing I can do he says and said goodbye!!! What kind of dealership are you guy's???? That is unacceptable! So nice employees but when it comes to step up and face your responsibility, management really worth a big 0 , thanks for nothing Ken! You won't see us anymore and won't give you any good references. This is the reputation for the Caron family in Ottawa!

  I purchased my car from Car On and I’ve had nothing but great experiences so far. The service department, specifically Alex, is very friendly and accommodating to my needs. As a single female with little experience/knowledge of cars, I’ve always felt skeptical on going to dealerships alone, especially when servicing my car. But I’ve really appreciated Alex making his efforts to educate me on what may be best for my car’s needs and taking the time look into my file in order to make well-informed suggestions so that my vehicle can last a very long time. It’s very apparent that he loves what he does because I’m always greeted with a pleasant smile or warm conversation on the phone. When I drop by for servicing, I always feel very welcome by the whole CarOn team; while you wait, everyone takes time to ask if you need anything, its great! And it’s always a bonus that they do a speedy job. I’m a forever customer. Thank you:)

  This is the worst place to purchase a vehicle! Save your time and go elsewhere. The service was great to purchase the vehicle, was very quick but the overall service after the vehicle purchase was terrible. We got an extra warranty when we purchased the used vehicle, which when explained was the greatest thing ever, when we went to use it nothing was claimable. The garage service is the worst run a round place ever!!!!! We dropped both our vehicles to get them Ontario certified. They told us it would be half a day...great... by the end of the day they were both not ready. They let us take one back since it was our only way home. We had to return the following day. They kept telling us for our other vehicle it would be one more day part isn't in. They told us come back by the end of the day. Keep in mind we moved 1hr away. They wouldn't answer their phones, so we drove back into town to pick up our vehicle and it still wasn't ready. Needless to say it took them a whole week to repair the vehicle. We love our vehicle, were glad we have it, but next time we go to purchase a vehicle we are definitely not going there. Also when you go to sign your contract please check all that is being purchased with the vehicle!!
