  Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else for car service. Not only did this location ruin my rims and sell me faulty tires after losing my tires and making me wait nearly 6hs over two days for an appointment that was meant to be done in an hour, but they could not care less. The service they provided me is unsafe! I do not feel safe driving my car and they refuse to acknowledge any error.

  The recent renovation of this store has revitalized what used to be a tired, messy store. It’s new look makes shopping here a nice experience. The isles feel wider, the shelving height is lowered which makes aisle signs visible so you can easily find your way to the next item on your list. The lower aisles make reaching products a breeze. Wide selection of home cleaning products, pet products like bedding and treats. The inclusion of an Ontario service kiosk in the downstairs automotive section is a plus.

  I always have a hard time finding what i am looking for at canadian tire but the staff is generally very helpful and can help me find whatever i need. There is a service ontario office in the basement and to get there, you have to go down and all the way to the very back. They have a little bit of everything, so you may not get the exact thing you were looking for but you can most prolly find an alternative.

  The staff in the store were nice and helpful. I needed the auto Center and the jerk I talked to didn’t even look up from his computer screen. Apparently fixing a headlight there is a two hour job. I left and went to the Lawrence/Allen location. They were incredibly helpful and polite and 20 min later my car was done. Will never go back to Yonge/Bloor again

  Place is a mixed bag and the service levels are not standard. On some days of shopping I am delighted to find what I am looking for and some days I don't (even after on the online portal it says that the item is available - more than 40 units!!!). I am giving the rating as 3 since I have had mixed experiences here and I can only hope the staff try to improve.
