  This would be the last place I would bring a Vechile for repairs. They tried to soak me for $3500 in repairs PLUS wouldn’t release the vechile until completed. Had it towed to another mechanic who diagnosised the problem with a $30 repair charge. Two years later and 20,000 km and still driving the same vehicle without all the meaintance they told me I needed. Don’t be a sucker.

  Was in a tight spot and they were awesome in getting my vehicle fixed in time to pick up my wife at the airport. Great price and service.

  One star is too good for this place. We've been sitting in their parking lot, broken down for 2.5 hours now. They told us they could fix our power steering hose, made us wait an hour, then told us no because they didn't realize how big the truck was. This is even after we told them it's a ford f-350. The mechanic refuses to work on the ground, so we can't even be inside. The GM gave a hurried apology and went us his way. It's -41° outside right now. And they're too ignorant to work on the damn ground to help us.

  The store employees were very helpful. I had to go to the store closest to my work (Grant Park) and they didn't have the item in stock so he helped me find it at another store (polo park). Both stores were very helpful. Thank you.

  Short and to the point about my recent experience at the st James/polo park location * bad customer service. their staff are not trained to handle retail situations * auto staff are inept and Don't know how to handle customer phone calls when busy. I was put on hold multiple times. Each time I waited 10 plus minutes * customers should inform themselves on their vehicles before considering having their cars serviced as their staff are not up to date with automotive knowledge. Best to take it elsewhere where techs and counter staff have actual automotive experience * auto techs do not care about customer belongings. I witnesses a tech let an aluminum wheel roll around after it fell off the car on the hoist, only for it to fall on the side where it's nice and shiny. Damaged for sure * general retail staff are lazy. I was trying to use my point to purchase additional items but was told I can't redeem it and that I have to wait until the physical member card arrives So if you care about your vehicle please don't bring it here. It becomes an experiment and also a safety issue if something was to fail while on the road. And if you enjoy staff who go above and beyond for their customers then this is not the place. Staff here are underpaid and untrained therefore lack incentive to treat customers as expected
